Acquisition of the remaining minority stake in Cats&Dogs retail chain

Pollyanna Capital Partners has acted as exclusive financial adviser to a strategic investor Ivanko Group of Companies in the transaction to acquire a remaining minority stake in Cats&Dogs pet food retail chain. As a result of this acquisition, the Group has gained 100% shareholding in the business.

The Seller was a private investor.

Cats&Dogs has slightly more than 40 own stores, located at prime shopping centers in Moscow and St. Petersburg and which sell pet food and accessories. Customers can purchase high quality pet food from the leading domestic and foreign manufacturers, as well as other products.
