Stockmann sells food retail operations in St. Petersburg to premium market retailer Land

FPB Investment Bank has acted as exclusive financial adviser to the owners of Stockmann in Russia in the sale of food retail operations in St. Petersburg to the local leading premium food retailer Land.

Land is the largest premium food retailer in St. Petersburg and currently operates 10 supermarkets.
