Acquisition of the substantial majority stake in Cats&Dogs Retail Chain

FPB Investment Bank has acted as exclusive financial adviser to a strategic investor in the transaction to acquire a majority stake in Cats&Dogs pet food retail chain.

The Seller was a group of private equity funds, advised by New Idea Investment Consulting Co.

Cats&Dogs has slightly more than 40 own stores, located at prime shopping centers in Moscow and St. Petersburg and which sell pet food and accessories. Customers can purchase high quality pet food from the leading domestic and foreign manufacturers, as well as other products.

Transaction value is not disclosed.
