DIVA fashion accessories retail chain has agreed to be acquired by NEXIS GROUP.

FPB Investment Bank acted as exclusive financial advisor to Diva shareholders.

Diva is an international brand of fashion accessories from Australia. It offers a mix of current trends, the most striking design solutions and available prices for demanding fashionistas. Today stylish decorations and accessories diva can be purchased in stores, which are located in 23 countries on 5 continents. The mark entered the Russian market in 2006 and almost immediately took a leading position, opened on the territory of Russia more than 110 retail and about 106 franchise stores.

More than 50% of its own stores are located in Moscow and Moscow Oblast at modern shopping centers and shopping malls. Average store size is 32 square meters.

NEXIS GROUP is a diversified holding group with interests in real estate development and management, banking and retail. The Group currently operates one of Russia’s largest kinds retail chain as well as jeans retail chain.
