Consortium of Investors has agreed to acquire 66,22% of IMoneybank Commercial Bank LLC

FPB Investment bank has acted as exclusive financial advisor to the consortium of investors which agreed to acquire 66,22% of IMoneyBank LLC from ExpoCapital Bank. IMoneyBank Commercial Bank LLC was established in 1992 in the town of Gorny-Altaysk and until 2013 was operating as AltaiEnergoBank LLC. The bank is primarily focused on offering deposit accounts and providing car loans. The bank has 40 own branches in most of Russia’s federal districts.
