Pollyanna Capital Partners has acted as exclusive financial adviser to KCA DEUTAG Drilling GmbH Branch in Russia to arrange the financing for the two oil drilling rigs.

KCA DEUTAG is one of the largest international drilling contractors. The company employs 8,000 staff in more than 22 countries and it had revenue in 2012 of US.7 billion.

OJSC VTB Leasing has provided the company with required financing.
