Pollyanna Capital advises Delta Monitoring on the acquisition of 100% in Kursk Security Center Group of Companies, the leading security monitoring firm in the City of Kursk and Kursk Oblast.

Pollyanna Capital Partners, the mid-cap investment bank, has acted as the sole financial advisor to Delta Monitoring LLC on acquisition of Kursk Security Center Group of Companies (KSC).

The City of Kursk based KSC was established in 2004 and is the leading security monitoring firms in Kursk and Kursk oblast with branches in every district centers and with nearly 2000 customers.

This represents the completion of Pollyanna Capital Partners 10th transaction in the security monitoring sector in the last 18 months.
