Pollyanna Capital advises Delta Monitoring on the acquisition of Bert Security Firm, one of the leading security monitoring firms in Saratov.

Pollyanna Capital Partners, the mid- cap investment bank, has acted as the sole financial advisor to Delta Monitoring LLC on acquisition of Bert Security Firm.

The City of Saratov — based Bert was established in 1994 and is one of the leading security monitoring firms in Saratov and Saratov oblast with branches in every district centers and with nearly 500 customers.

This represents the completion of Pollyanna Capital Partners ninth transaction in the security monitoring sector in the last 18 months.
